NATA exists for the benefit of the community and the promotion of the national interest.

Within the context of training and education services, one strategy we have adopted to maximise public benefit is to invest in the development of course material that can be licensed to education providers.  Such a strategy results in a greater accessibility than would otherwise be the case.

We have extended this strategy into post-graduate study by developing a unit a laboratory quality systems unit based on the international standard ISO/IEC 17025.

Macquarie University currently includes this unit in three of their post graduate programs:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Laboratory Quality Analysis and Management
• Postgraduate Diploma in Laboratory Quality Analysis and Management
• Master of Laboratory Quality Analysis and Management
